Q: I missed the webinar, will this training be held again?
A: At this time, there are no additional webinar sessions scheduled. If you would like to see additional webinars on this topic, you might contact our sponsors and tell them so. We will be happy to keep you on our contact list and update you should another similar event become available.

Q: Where can I download the PowerPoint and/or audio from the webinar?
A: There was no PowerPoint used in the last webinar demonstrating ResultsOnline®2 and no audio recordings available. It was a live event only.

Q: Will there be any more training on the software usage?
A: There won't be any more live training. However, you will have access to a user manual and video tutorials posted on the ResultsOnline2.net website when you register.

Q: Will I get a chance to log on and see example of how to link our logic model info to the on-line software before beginning a contract?
A: The software is completely free to you for one year so if you start using it and find it does not fit your needs, you can discontinue use at any time. There are no automatic renewals or binding contract to worry about.

Q: Why are you not evaluating our logic models?
A: We received an overwhelming response to the original Webinar Series announcement. The numbers required us to modify our statement of work to accommodate an increase in the number licenses we would be distributing. You may contact Claudia Horn (claudia.horn@performance-results.net) for feedback on your logic model, but if it requires extensive work there might be a fee.
