Claudia Horn

President

Claudia received her B.A. in Psychology from American University in 1976, and her M.S. in Rehabilitation Administration from Southern Illinois University in 1980. She worked as the Associate Director for Goodwill Industries International from 1986 to 1995. In 1996, she founded Performance Results, Inc. a consulting and evaluation firm which has performed work for such agencies and organizations as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the U.S. Department of Justice, the Institute of Museum and Library Services, and the State Library Agencies of Vermont, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Mexico and Mississippi. In 2006, she founded Results Technologies Solutions.

Nathalie Scheier

Vice President

Nathalie Scheier received her M.S. in Software Engineering with Distinction from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2000. She founded her own IT consulting in Daytona Beach Florida in 2000, and worked as an independent contractor for PRI from 2000-2002. In 2002, she joined the PRI team, and now works as Vice President of RTS. Nathalie develops online information management systems for non-profit and government agencies, manages all phases of database management systems and tools, supports and provides assistance to clients in installing and implementing RTS products, manages and tracks implementation of web-based database applications and e-commerce solutions, and participates in projects development from design to release, including coding in PHP and MySQL.
